"Bought the scooter right about 18months ago. I’ve got mine up to 37 with a full charge it’s just on the edge of needing steering stabilization( The death wobble is real. Totally my fault decided I was going to let go with one hand to scratch my nose or something stupid like that and boy did I eat it. About 2 weeks ago I put some aftermarket stuff on it and fried my main controller. so I quickly ordered another one. the prices are very reasonable, but I couldn’t seem to get it to work. So I hit up their email and before 24 hours it was up and got a response telling they wanted me to send them a video of the wiring and that the next day problem solved and then they continue to help me with some wiring issues I was having again, totally my fault, even though it was my fault and I obviously blown through the warranty. They still back the product. That’s rare these days, so I give them a five stars for after-sales service. Plus the scooter is awesome"
