Free Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled at no cost before shipment begins.
For orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, shipment is considered to have begun once the first carrier tracking update appears in the system (such as “Picked Up,” “Accepted,” “Origin Scan,” or “In Transit”).
For the GTR Max, which ships via freight carrier, shipment is considered to have begun once a Bill of Lading (BOL) has been issued.
If a cancellation request is submitted after shipment has begun, it will be processed under our return policy and applicable return fees will apply.
Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts due to customer-related reasons, including but not limited to incorrect address information, failure to accept delivery, missed delivery appointments, or refusal of shipment, will be treated as returns and subject to applicable return fees.

30-Day Satisfaction & Ride Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, whether the scooter has been used or not, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for return:
The scooter must show no more than 15 miles on the odometer at the time the return request is submitted and at the time of return shipment.
The scooter must be returned in like-new condition and free of visible damage or excessive wear, including but not limited to paint chips, scratches, dents, cracks, rust, corrosion, water exposure, dirt buildup, structural stress, electrical tampering, or noticeable tire wear.
All original accessories, parts, manuals, and packaging must be included.
If such conditions are identified upon inspection, Kaabo USA reserves the right to deny the return or apply additional deductions based on the extent of damage or wear.
This guarantee is intended for product evaluation only and not for extended, rental, commercial, abusive, or improper use.
All returns are subject to inspection and final approval by Kaabo USA upon receipt.

Return Conditions & Fees

Customers may request a return shipping label from Kaabo USA. If the label is provided by Kaabo USA, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Understanding Our Restocking Fee

Return shipping is fully charged by the carrier, and payment platforms apply a 3%–6% processing fee per transaction.
Returned items often require a 10%–20% price reduction to resell.
Returned products must be unpacked, inspected, cleaned, and repackaged. This process requires at least one hour of labor.

Return Process

Email us at support@kaabousa.com to request a return within 30 days of delivery. Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) from our support team.

Ship the scooter within 7 days of RMA issuance.

Failure to ship the product within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Original Packaging Requirement

Scooters must be returned using the original packaging.
Unopened returns must remain factory sealed.
If original packaging is unavailable, the customer must arrange return shipping independently and assumes full responsibility for transit damage.
Improper packaging may result in deductions or denial of return.

30-Day Ride Protection Guarantee

If your scooter becomes inoperable within 30 days due to a verified manufacturing defect involving the motor, controller, or battery, Kaabo USA will cover all return shipping costs for repair or refund.
For the purposes of this policy, “inoperable” means the scooter cannot be powered on or cannot be ridden under normal operating conditions due to a confirmed manufacturing defect affecting core electrical components.
Examples may include:
  • The motor does not engage when throttle is applied
  • The scooter cannot be powered on
  • The battery cannot be charged due to internal failure
  • The controller provides no output preventing operation
This guarantee applies only to defects arising from normal riding conditions and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, impact, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, environmental factors, or accidents.
All claims must be reviewed and approved by our technical support team prior to issuing a Return Authorization (RMA). Photo and video documentation are required.
We reserve the right to provide replacement parts, troubleshooting assistance, or local repair solutions before authorizing a full unit return.
If the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs.

Warranty Repairs After 30 Days

After 30 days, warranty service continues under our standard limited warranty terms.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty repairs unless otherwise specified.

Accessories & Spare Parts Return Policy

Accessories and spare parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.
If an accessory or spare part is found to have a verified manufacturing defect within 30 days, the customer must return the original item to Kaabo USA for a replacement or refund.
Kaabo USA reserves the right to deny claims if the returned item shows signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
All accessory and spare part returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Shipping Damage Claims

Shipping damage must be reported within three (3) days of delivery, and the scooter must not be ridden or used. Scooters that have been ridden or show odometer mileage are not eligible for shipping damage claims.
Customers must retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
1. Unopened Package Damage
  • If the shipping box arrives damaged and has not been opened, please provide:
  • Photos of the damaged shipping box
  • Photos of all sides of the box
  • Photo of the shipping label
2. Opened Package Damage
If damage is discovered after opening the package, please provide:
  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the interior packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged scooter
  • Photo of the dashboard showing odometer mileage
Failure to report shipping damage within three (3) days may result in claim denial.

Refunds

Returned scooters are inspected within three (3) business days of arrival.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment account is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Approved refunds may be adjusted for missing items or components not returned with the scooter. Deductions will reflect the reasonable replacement value of the missing item.
Refund timing depends on the financial institution.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute while a return or warranty case is in progress may suspend processing of the claim until the dispute is resolved.

Policy Updates

Kaabo USA reserves the right to update or revise this policy at any time. For orders placed before this date, please refer to the previous version of the policy:
