ABOUT Shipping

We ship from California and only to the contiguous United States.

Currently, we only ship by FedEx or UPS

Typically, we deliver within 2-6 business days depending on the shipping address.

We will ship the scooter as fast as we can. Currently, there is no expedited shipping.

Yes, please inform us first. We will notify the warehouse and send you a bill of lading. You can pick up your scooter(s) with your ID and the bill of lading.

Please note, the warehouse needs at least one day's notice for pick-up.

A tracking number will be sent through email. It may take 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

Order cancellation

Cancellation before shipment is free. Cancellation after the order has been shipped is subject to the actual cost of return shipping, no restocking fee.

Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm it with you, we will process the refund immediately.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing times.
