Are your electric scooters authentic?

Yes, our electric scooters are 100% authentic and come directly from the manufacturer. We are the official distributor of Kaabo electric
scooters, ensuring that you receive genuine products with full warranty and support.

What should I know before riding my electric scooter?

Before riding your electric scooter, make sure you fully understand its features and functionalities.

We strongly recommend riding at low speeds until you have completely mastered the riding techniques to ensure your safety.

Do I need to wear protective gear while riding?

Yes, we highly recommend wearing protective gear while riding your electric scooter. This includes a helmet, knee and elbow pads, and gloves to ensure your safety.

Are the scooters waterproof?

Our scooters are designed to be water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes, but they should not be submerged in water.

Kaabo USA recommends all riders to maintain safe riding habits. We strongly recommend that you not do ride your Kaabo e-Scooter in rainy or snowy weather.

Can I ride with a passenger?

No, it is not legal in the United States to ride an e-scooter with a passenger.

Kaabo strongly recommends that only one person rides an e-scooter at a time for safety reasons.

What is the maximum speed of the electric scooters?

Our electric scooters can reach speeds ranging from 25 mph to 60 mph, depending on the model.

What is the weight limit for the scooters?

The weight limit for our e-scooters ranges from 265 lbs to 330 lbs, depending on the model.

What are the testing conditions for the claimed range?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and financing options through our partner providers.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe, a well-known and trusted American company.

Do you offer financing?

For Financing you can choose Affirm at checkout. Alternatively, you can take advantage of PayPal's Credit program that lets you split the payments into 6 installments. PayPal: "No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases of $99.00+".

Shop Pay from Shopify that we use also has its own financing options.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If
you need assistance, please contact our customer support team.

Where are you shipping from? Do you ship internationally?

We ship from CA or NJ, and only to the contiguous United States.

Can I choose the shipping method?

Currently, we only ship by FedEx or UPS

How long does it take to receive my order?

Normally, we deliver within 2-6 business days,depending on the shipping address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We will ship the scooter as fast as we can. Currently, there is no expedited shipping.

Do you offer pick up services at your warehouse?

Yes, please inform us first. We will notify the warehouse and send you a bill of lading. You can pick up your e-scooter(s) with your ID and the bill of lading.

Please note that the warehouse needs at least one day's notice for pick-up.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent through email. It may take 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via live chat, email us at support@kaabousa.com, or call us at (510) 770-6400.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellation before shipment is free. Cancellation after the order has been shipped is subject to the actual cost of round-trip shipping costs, plus 85% restocking fee.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

How long does it take to receive a refund after canceling an order?

Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm it with you, we will process the refund immediately.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing times.
