1. Free Shipping Guidelines

Kaabo USA offers free shipping on all e-scooter orders to those living in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii. Our deliveries are fulfilled by UPS or FedEx and are subject to the operation of these partnered delivery companies. We are currently unable to ship directly to PO Boxes or APOs.


2. Delivery Scheduling

When ordering an item from our website, we are able to ship the order in 1-2 business days. After your shipment is picked up by either UPS or FedEx, we will contact you with the shipment information and tracking number.

Our warehouse partnered delivery with UPS and FedEx provides shipment to your provided address within 3-7 business days. All delivery dates provided by the Kaabo USA team are estimated time frames.

*Please be aware, our shipping partners are experiencing COVID-19 related delays which may result in extended delivery times. 

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

 

3. Order Tracking

To follow the status of your order through KaaboUSA.com, please sign up for an official account through our website. This will allow you to retain the information about your current and previous orders as well as allow you to receive direct information about your shipments and the tracking status. Once you are provided your tracking number from the Kaabo USA team, you can input the number on our site to follow the delivery status.
