Announcement Regarding the Renaming of Kaabo’s “Wolf Warrior” and “Wolf King” Products in the U.S. Market.
Dear Kaabo Users,
We regret to inform you that due to a legal dispute, Kaabo has decided to remove the word “Wolf” from the names of our “Wolf Warrior” and “Wolf King” series products in the U.S. market. This decision stems from a trademark conflict with a Florida-based company, Hammer Brand LLC, over the “Wolf” trademark. In compliance with U.S. legal requirements, the ongoing litigation has compelled us to make this adjustment.
We deeply regret this legal dispute and firmly believe that Hammer Brand’s infringement allegations are unfounded. We assert that Kaabo Wolf products and Hammer Brand products belong to entirely different product categories. Hammer Wolf products are large-wheeled gasoline motorcycles, whereas Kaabo Wolf products are small-wheeled, foldable, stand-up electric scooters.

Kaabo has been deeply committed to the U.S. market for many years, striving to provide high-quality products and continuously improving and enhancing localized services for American consumers. We are truly grateful for the support we have received from the U.S. market. Regarding the unjust trademark dispute, while respecting U.S. laws, we express our regret and will actively defend our rights.
We sincerely thank you for your continued support. Please rest assured that the trademark dispute will not affect the after-sales service for all Kaabo products that have already been purchased. In the future, the Kaabo Wolf Warrior models and Wolf King models will be sold under more distinct model names.
Sincerely,
Kaabo USA Team
