What is the maximum range?

The maximum tested range is up to 50 miles. This result was measured with a 176 lb rider traveling at approximately 16 mph. Riding at higher speeds, climbing hills, frequent acceleration, cold temperatures, and heavier rider weight will reduce the actual range.

How long does it take to fully charge?

Using the included charger, a full charge takes approximately 10 hours. With two 5A fast chargers, the charging time can be reduced to approximately 2–2.5 hours. Please note that the 5A fast chargers are sold separately.

Does the scooter arrive fully assembled?

The scooter arrives mostly assembled. You only need to secure the handlebar with four screws. The process is quick and simple.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. The battery is removable and can be charged separately from the scooter, making charging more convenient.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on inventory availability, orders are shipped from our California or New Jersey warehouse. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days and is handled by a third-party carrier, typically FedEx or UPS.
