FAQ

What is the maximum range?

The maximum tested range is up to 50 miles. This result was measured with a 176 lb rider traveling at approximately 16 mph. Riding at higher speeds, climbing hills, frequent acceleration, cold temperatures, and heavier rider weight will reduce the actual range.

How long does it take to fully charge?

Using the included charger, a full charge takes approximately 10 hours. With two 5A fast chargers, the charging time can be reduced to approximately 2–2.5 hours. Please note that the 5A fast chargers are sold separately.

Does the scooter arrive fully assembled?

The scooter arrives mostly assembled. You only need to secure the handlebar with four screws. The process is quick and simple.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. The battery is removable and can be charged separately from the scooter, making charging more convenient.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on inventory availability, orders are shipped from our California or New Jersey warehouse. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days and is handled by a third-party carrier, typically FedEx or UPS.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. You can change or cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can process your request.

What warranty does this scooter include?

This scooter comes with a limited warranty of up to 18 months, depending on the component. For complete coverage periods, exclusions, and claim details, please review our Warranty Policy.

Reviews

Highly recommended!

"I've had this scooter for two weeks and have already put over 300 miles on it, so I wanted to spend some time riding before leaving a review. It’s been solid and reliable so far. Highly recommend it! Looking forward to seeing what new models Kaabo comes out with next."

— Pierre R. (5/5)

No more $20 daily parking

"Downtown parking was draining my wallet. At $15–$20 a day, the costs add up quickly. Now I ride my scooter to the train, fold it up, and take it with me to work. No parking fees, no hassle. This scooter practically pays for itself!"

— Tywanda (5/5)

The removable battery makes charging easy

"The removable battery was one of the main reasons I chose the Mantis king pro. I also bought an extra battery so I could keep a charged spare ready to go. When one battery runs low, I can swap it for the charged one and head back out instead of waiting for it to recharge. That flexibility is especially convenient when I want to take another ride later in the day. Being able to charge the battery separately is another big plus. I can leave the scooter where I normally park it and bring the battery to my apartment. The removable design makes both charging and swapping batteries much easier to fit into my routine. I’m also really happy with the appearance. The King Pro has a clean look, and the battery fits neatly into the frame. The frame lines and lighting work well together, giving it a modern look."

— Ethan P. (5/5)

Great balance of power and size

"The mantis king pro feels very powerful without being too bulky. Acceleration is strong, the ride feels stable, and it is still easy enough to handle for daily use."

— William E. (5/5)

Really happy with this scooter

"Honestly, this thing is a lot of fun. Took me a few rides to get comfortable with the power, but now I look forward to taking it out after work. It’s heavy when you need to lift it, which is my biggest complaint. Other than that, pretty happy with the purchase."

— Johnson (5/5)

Plenty of power and solid brakes!

"I was worried it might be too slow, but it’s more than enough for my everyday rides. I also love the design,it’s so different from Kaabo’s other models. Great customer service, too."

— Ethan (5/5)

Looks great.

"Looks great. The white color is sharp. I've had a couple people at my building ask about it. The lights are bright enough that I feel visible at night, which matters to me."

— Jake M. (5/5)

Definitely a great scooter!

"Love the white design — it looks so clean and stylish! The ride is super comfortable, and the portable battery makes charging so much easier."

— Benjamin (5/5)

I love it!

"I’ve been riding it for a week now, and I love it! It was super easy to put together, even as a beginner. It makes getting to class so much easier, plus I’m saving money and going green!"

— Ava (5/5)

Love this scooter !!

"Very fast and powerful Perfect for wheelies !"
