Enhanced Front & Rear Suspension

The front shock absorber features an adjustable motorcycle-grade design, with its height increased from 10mm to 12mm, ensuring a smoother and more comfortable ride. The rear suspension includes an adjustable spring-damped oil pressure shock absorber, allowing riders to fine-tune their setup for different riding styles and terrains.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).

How long does shipping take? Do you offer international shipping?

Delivery typically takes 2-6 business days, depending on the shipping destination. We only ship within the contiguous U.S. and do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or any affiliated islands, nor to any other countries outside the United States.

Is the GTR scooter shipped fully assembled or does it require assembly?

Users only need to install the handlebars and battery, which is a very simple process that takes around 10 minutes.

Why is the battery shipped separately?

The GTR battery is removable, and when combined with the scooter, the total weight exceeds the shipping company's weight limit. Therefore, the battery is shipped separately. Installing the battery is very simple, so there’s no need to worry.

Can the scooter also be picked up directly from you?

Currently, pickup is only available at our Silicon Valley warehouse located at 46707 Fremont Boulevard, Fremont, CA 94538. If you wish to pick up your order, please leave a note at checkout or email us at support@kaabousa.comafter placing your order.

Is the GTR scooter waterproof? Can I ride it in the rain?

The GTR scooter has an IPX5 water resistance rating, meaning it can withstand light rain and water splashes from any direction. However, it is not fully waterproof, so riding in heavy rain, through deep puddles, or submerging the scooter in water is not recommended, as it may damage the electronic components.
