What are the testing conditions for the claimed range?

The range estimates provided are based on tests conducted under specific conditions, including a rider weight of 165 lbs, a constant speed of 15 mph, usage of Eco mode with a single motor, and continuous riding on a smooth road surface.

Does delivery of the scooter come fully assembled?

Yes, the scooter is pre-assembled and only requires the installation of the handlebars by tightening four bolts

Are the tires hard or inflated?

The Warrior 11 uses inflated 11" Tubeless tires. Same as cars and motorbikes, with no inner tube. That’s why the traction and suspension are so great. If you need to add air to them the usual car pumps at home or at the gas station work.

Do you ship with street or off-road tires?

You can choose off-road tires or street tires when placing the order. The two versions are exactly the same except for the tires.

Is this model powerful enough for me?

Max load of the Warrior 11 is 330lbs and with these two 1200W motors it takes even a heavy rider like a champ. The deck is 10.59” wide too so you can have a comfy and stable riding position.

Do you offer financing?

For financing options, you can select Affirm during checkout. Additionally, PayPal's Credit program is available, allowing you to divide your payments over 6 months with no interest on purchases of $99.00 or more.

We also support Shop Pay through Shopify, which offers its own financing solutions.

Can I cancel the order or return the scooter?

We have a return policy for all unused products and for used scooters under 10 miles odometer. Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or return the scooter.

What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for your order varies based on your location. Typically, it ranges from 2 to 6 business days.

Can I pick up my scooter directly from your location?

Yes, direct pickup is available. After making your purchase online, please send us an email to confirm your pickup. We will inform our warehouse and provide you with a bill of lading. You must present this bill of lading along with your ID card at the warehouse to collect your scooter.

Remember, the warehouse requires a one-day advance notice for pickups to prepare your item accordingly.
